The good gun list and why

This is part two of my "everything you need to know" guide, and here we will be talking about the guns used to get you to the inevitable game freeze. There are only 8 guns you should be using to get you there.

1- First gun you should use is obviously, the Colt you begin with. It's the weakest gun in the game and is perfect for getting you some nice points in the beggining. Make sure to waste the bullets on bodyshots and knife for the kill. In higher rounds just unload complete clips on a line of zombies for up to 30 points a shot with a total of 84 shots.

2- Second gun is the Kar98k, a gun you don't necessarily need but is good in some cases. On round two and three (if you are out of Colt ammo) all you need is one body shot and a knife, it makes knifing safer and faster.

3-The third and best gun in the game, the Thomson. The Thomson is a gun you can have forever, it never gets dull if you know how to use it. For not so pro pros, i suggest getting rid of it at round 10 or if you have perks 15. NEVER upgrade a Thomson, it makes the gun useless.

4- The PPsh-41, the strongest gun in the game and definitely a must have. This should be the first gun you upgrade. Make sure not to upgrade it untill you have no other choice because remember, the weaker the gun the more points you get out of it.

5- The Ray gun, or as my friends like to call it, the Ronald Raygun, another must have. The Ray gun is a very good gun against zombies that are in your way or are going to be in your way. It's also good to get unstuck from any clusters of zombies surrounding you because of it's AOE(area of effect) damage. If this gun is not upgraded you need to watch out for it, because it will kill you if your not carefull.

6- The WunderwaffeDG-2. The Wunderwaffe is a good third gun to have if your glitching, if not you should wait untill round 35+ to get it and switch it with the PPsh-41. This is a gun your going to have to get used to. If you zap yourself with it with juggernaut you will down in just two hits, if you zap yourself twice with it you will down your next hit. This is a very risky gun so always be safe with it. Make sure you upgrade it too because it makes you kill alot more zombies at once.

7- The Flamethrower is an amazing gun because it put's DOT(damage over time) damage on anything you shoot it at, not to mention it has unlimited ammo. Never use this in early rounds, only when you don't need to worry about points anymore. Again only use this gun if your doing the 3 gun glitch because with only two guns you need the best. If you manage to make it to the mid 40's then this is definitely a good gun to switch for the Ray gun because of the ammo problem. Make sure it's upgraded as well, it lasts longer and does more damage.

8- the Mg42 is a gun you should really never have, but sometimes when your getting guns out of the box you don't always get what you want. The Mg42 is a nice alternative to the PPsh-41 for a little while untill you can make enough to try again. If you are using the 3 gun glitch sometimes the two together can really rack up some points in early rounds. Never upgrade this because it doesn't last long and is a waste of money when you inevitably switch it out.

The bad gun list and why

1- The Trench gun is my most hated gun of all time. All of the Noobs think it's a good gun for some reason. The Trench gun gives 60 points per kill no matter what, even on insta-kill. Yea I agree it may sound cool when you shoot it, it's pretty powerfull for the first couple of rounds too, but what annoys me the most about this gun is people choose it over the Thomson and open the wrong set of doors.

2 - The Double-Barreled Shotgun. Now obviously this is even worse than the Trench gun, but what's even worse about this is they both share the same ammo..

3- The M1919 Browning. this is the worst machine gun in the game, when this comes up in the box i don't even pick it up, why? It has the longest reload time of any gun, it has the slowest shooting speed of any gun, and it is also the heaviest of any gun. This is simply something you never want to have EVER as cool as it may look.

4- Gewehr 43. This gun is just a waste of 300 points in the begging because you could be getting the Kar98k.

5- The .357 Magnum, is slow, weaker than it looks and just not worth it. The thing i do like about it though is it stays with you when you down and at lower levels with multiple people it may prove handy to get yourself revived.

6-The Panzerschreck is as heavy as the M1919 Browning and just as bad. This gun only get's 60 points per kill no matter what and only 1 shot per reload. It comes in handy for insta-kill but that's about it.

7- Even though the Molotov cocktail isn't a gun it just pisses me off when i get it. Also watch out to not blindly pickup from the box when you have Monkey bombs, because one of these days your going to mistakingly trade them in for this shit.

8-The Stg44 is just a slower and slightly heavier gun than the Thomson. Buying this off the wall should only be because you have NO other choice, and that's all.

Perks and Power-ups

Perks are a must have to do anything, they make you all around stronger. The first perk you should get is Juggernaut, Speed Cola, Double-tap, and Quick Revive.

Juggernaut- The most important perk, it allows you to survive from 2 hits up to 6. It also enables you to survive through 2 Wunderwaffe shots instead of one. Juggernaut should be the first thing on your list to do when you turn on the power at 2500

Speed Cola- Speed Cola will make you reload 50% faster. It's good for slightly more intense zombie killing but the most expensive at 3000

Double Tap- Some people seem to think that this is a bad perk because it makes you use your ammo faster. True it does, but false it is not bad. People who believe that just don't know how to use their guns right. If your gun shoots faster you need to time your bullet release better. Having double-tap makes your gun shoot faster, thus having more power for when you might need it. It also makes your knife swing faster, and Flamethrower damage faster. 2000 points isn't much to spare for such power.

Quick Revive- When i play solo i usually get this just for the hell of it, it's really useful in multiplayer, it allows you to revive 50% faster. cost 1500

Most Power-ups are are useless and just there to be there, the only thing you should always watch out for is Max ammo.

Bomb- The Bomb is generally a bad thing to get. It gives every player 400 points no matter how many zombies are out. If you are trying to save points, let the bombs disappear, or at least wait until you have finished the round for a nice bonus. Also something people never watch out for is, when you get a bomb during an intense round, zombies usually drop more power-ups when they die. Remember to always look around for some more after an explosion.

Carpenter- This is an average Power-up, there is nothing to special about it. Sometimes when you pick this up it can trick you into thinking the round is over when really the zombies are just building up to slaughter you.

Insta Kill- This Power-up usually drops along with a Carpenter to trick you, I advise you to wait till Insta-kill is almost gone first. Insta-kill makes every kill seem like a head shot because it gives you 100 points for every zombie (unless you have a shotgun) and is a one hit kill too. The Flamethrower is the best weapon for Insta-kill, for it uses no ammo and kills anything it touches.

max ammo- the best power-up in the game. the second you see this throw whatever monkeys you have and release all your ammo onto the zombies, do anything you can to get this. a good trick with max ammo is it will not give you more bouncing betties but if you set one down right before getting it, it will refill them and you can use 3 that round.
